Welcome to the 2016 CCIDADA RETREAT reservation site!

A block of rooms has been reserved for April 28, 2016 – April 30, 2016. The special room rate will be available until April 25th or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first.

DIRECTIONS

Note:  For GPS units, set address to 94 Brett Road, Piscataway, NJ 08854.  This will navigate you to the CoRE parking lots.

New Jersey Turnpike

Turn off at Exit 9, bear right after the tollbooths and follow signs for “Route 18 North – New Brunswick.” Stay to the left to continue on Route 18 North. Proceed along Route 18 North, crossing the Raritan River (approximately 3.7 miles). Continue on Route 18 North. Proceed up Route 18 to the Campus Rd. exit ramp (Busch Campus) on the right. Follow Campus Rd. until you come to the circle and take the first right off the circle onto Bartholomew Rd. Make your first left onto Brett Rd. and proceed to its end. Turn right into Lot 64 (or 60A) and you’ll be in front of the Computing, Research, and Education Building (CoRE).

Garden State Parkway Southbound

Turn off at Exit 129 for the New Jersey Turnpike and head south to exit 9.  Follow directions above.

Garden State Parkway Northbound

Turn off at Exit 105 and follow signs for Route 18 North. After approximately 24 miles, you will pass the entrance for the New Jersey Turnpike. Proceed along Route 18 North, crossing the Raritan River (approximately 3.7 miles). Continue on Route 18 North, following same directions as New Jersey Turnpike above to arrive on campus.

Interstate 287

Turn off at Exit 9 “Bound Brook/Highland Park.” Proceed East on River Road toward Highland Park. Continue on River Road and you will pass under the overpass for Route 18. Make the next left onto Route 18 North. Proceed up Route 18 to the Campus Rd. exit ramp (Busch Campus) on the right. Follow Campus Rd. until you come to the circle and take the first right off the circle onto Bartholomew Rd. Make your first left onto Brett Rd. and proceed to its end. Turn right into Lot 64, 60A or 60B and you’ll be in front of the Computing, Research, and Education Building (CoRE).

US Route 1

Turn off at exit marked “Route 18 North-New Brunswick.” Proceed along Route 18 North, crossing the Raritan River (approximately 3.7 miles). Follow same directions as New Jersey Turnpike above to arrive on campus.

PARKING

Parking is available in front of the CoRE Building in Lot 64 (or 60A) which is the large lot at the end of Brett Road between the Sonny Werblin Gymnasium and the CoRE Building.  No additional parking pass will be needed on the Retreat days.

RUTGERS DAY

Note that Rutgers Day will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2016.  Please plan extra travel time for possible increases in traffic and parking challenges.
